Ellie
When I first met Ellie she was struggling with the pain of the past events and battling with her fear of judgement. We had 8 sessions together, releasing past trauma and setting clear goals for the future.
"At first, I didn’t really know much about Intuitive Psychology Coaching and I underestimated how powerful it actually was.
From the beginning, Gemma created such a safe space for me where she has allowed me to speak my truth and show up for myself when I really needed it. We visited a variety of techniques from working with the Inner Child and exploring the shadow, to setting intentions for the future, and it is safe to say that each and every session was incredible and powerful.
A fear of judgement was a reoccurring theme for me, but whenever I would turn up for these sessions, I knew I was in a judgement free zone.
There was one session where I had great difficulty in connecting with myself, my mind was racing and I was struggling to get into a meditate state, but Gemma recognised this and at the end of the session we went back to working with parts where we visited this part which prevented me from speaking my truth because of fear of judgement - it was so powerful.
Reflecting back on my coaching journey I have seen significant results and I feel like I have finally let go of all the hurt I have held onto all these years and I cannot recommend Gemma enough if you are thinking about embarking on this journey.
If there is one bit of advice I could give it would be to just trust yourself and stick with it. There may be some sessions that resonate deeply, and others that may not go how you expected, but trust yourself because this experience allows you to speak your truth and change your life.
It is emotional but it is so powerful, I struggle to find the words to describe Intuitive Psychology Coaching as it is truly incredible.
