The Client Journey — What to Expect
Every coaching engagement is different, because every leader is different. But there's a shape to the work.
Discovery and depth We begin with a thorough understanding of where you are: what's working, what isn't, what you're carrying, and what you want to change. This isn't a surface-level intake. We go deep, quickly.
Pattern recognition and reframe Together, we identify the patterns — thought patterns, emotional patterns, behavioural patterns — that are keeping you where you are. We examine their origins and, where they no longer serve you, we update them.
Building new capacity You develop new tools: for decision-making under pressure, for regulating your nervous system, for accessing your own inner clarity. These aren't techniques you deploy occasionally — they become part of how you lead.
Integration and momentum The goal isn't just insight — it's change that holds. We track what's shifting, address what comes up, and build the kind of foundation that makes your leadership sustainable over time.
Sessions are held online, typically fortnightly, with support between sessions as needed. The depth and duration of the work depends on the programme — from a single intensive session to a 12-week deep transformation.
