What the 60 minutes looks like.

The session is private, 1:1, delivered via Zoom.

We begin with the Intuitive Authenticity Scale™ — a proprietary diagnostic tool that maps your current relationship with your own inner authority across key dimensions including clarity, courage, trust, and self-worth. This gives us a measurable starting point and immediately surfaces what's most worth working on.

From there, the session is tailored to you. Using techniques drawn from The Intuitive CEO Method, we work at the level beneath conscious strategy — on the beliefs and patterns that are shaping your current experience. Most clients have a significant insight or shift within the session itself.

You leave with:

• Your completed Intuitive Authenticity Scale results and what they mean

   

• Targeted insight into what's driving your current challenge or pattern

   

• Personalised reflection prompts to continue the work after the session

   

• A written summary and suggested next steps in your inbox within 48 hours

   

The session is entirely confidential. Nothing is recorded without your permission. There is no pressure to continue beyond this session — though if you want to, we can explore what that looks like.
